ABOUT ME

My background began in Primary Education and I moved into Voluntary mental health services in 1999. I worked in and managed various services supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health issues until 2010. I also developed and delivered training for and on behalf of organisations, I trained in many areas of mental health.

I became self-employed as a trainer and consultant in 2011.

I am also a qualified Human Givens Therapist. I extended to train as a facilitator of 'Just What We Need Course’ in 2011 to deliver therapeutic sessions to groups using Human Givens principles.

In 2012 I created a C.I.C - Wizzleworld Dramatics with a colleague, this brought together all my professional interests and experience. The aim is to design creative ways to work with children, young people, and their families to establish positive well-being.

I feel privileged to be in a position to combine my professional interests to create a career. My Training and therapeutic work complement each other by way of improving the wellbeing of individuals and developing the mental health literacy of the society in which they live.
