My aim is to improve wellbeing and support individuals to live a better and happier life. This may be by changing lives one at a time through therapy or raising awareness of mental health in the training room.

I understand that it can be daunting to reach out for support and talk about personal experiences with a therapist. My aim for therapy is to provide a safe space for you to explore and express your feelings without judgement or pressure where you can develop self-awareness, learn new skills and overcome obstacles to discover the best version of yourself and reach your potential.

Delivery of training, including nationally recognised Mental Health First Aid courses offers me the privilege of increasing people’s knowledge of mental wellbeing, confidence to support others and facilitating a shift towards positive values.
